Refund policy
For health and hygiene reasons, we have a special return and exchange policy for the goods in this store.
1. 14-day No-Reason Return and Exchange Policy (Unopened Items Only)
We understand that you may change your mind after purchase. Within 14 days from the date of delivery, if the item remains brand new, unused, unopened, and all original packaging, labels, and accessories are intact, you can apply for a return or exchange.
> Please note: For the health and safety of the next customer, any item that has been opened beyond the outer sealed plastic packaging will be considered used and cannot be resold, thus is not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Final Sale Items
Any item that has been opened or used is not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. Please confirm carefully before purchase.
3. Quality Issues/Incorrect Shipment
If you receive an item with manufacturing defects (such as inability to power on, severe scratches) or the wrong item, please contact customer service at service@hersensual.com within 48 hours of receipt and provide:
Your order number.
Clear photos or short videos showing the problem.
Once the issue is confirmed, we will offer you a free replacement or full refund (including original shipping cost).
4. How to Apply for a Return?
For items that meet the "unopened" condition in point 1, please follow these steps:
Within 14 days of receipt, contact customer service at service@hersensual.com via email to submit a return request.
Customer service will review your request and provide a return authorization number and return address.
Please pack the item (including all original packaging and accessories) carefully and send it back within 7 days after receiving the authorization.
Use a trackable shipping method and bear the return shipping cost yourself. We do not accept cash on delivery.
5. Refund
After receiving the returned item and confirming it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 7 working days.
The refund will be returned to your original payment account. Please note that the original shipping cost is usually not refundable.
6. Unacceptable Situations
We cannot process returns or exchanges for the following situations, and your package will be returned to you:
Applications submitted beyond the 14-day return period.
The outer sealed plastic packaging has been opened.
The item, accessories, labels, or original packaging are incomplete or show signs of use.
Returns or exchanges due to personal preferences (such as color, size, vibration intensity, etc.) and the item has been opened.
Items that fall under the "Final Sale" category.
